I run the day-to-day operations of the business. Bidding jobs, scheduling, ordering materials, payroll, and helping the project managers and the customers in any way I can.

I am a Project Manager that loves working with people and helping them understand their insurance loss sheets and options. No project is too big or too small. I have 3 years of providing roofing service with a personal touch and will treat every customer like family.
Fun fact: I spent 33 years as a high school and USA Swimming Coach and love working with kids (I have 5 of my own).
I have a background in production management and sales. I also have 10 years of experience in the roofing industry. This helps me to see a project from all sides so that jobs are completed to the highest standards.
I enjoy sports, spending time outdoors, and traveling with my family.
I'm currently working as a project manager at Regal, where I oversee every phase of our projects until they're finished and our clients are satisfied.
Before this role, I spent nearly a decade specializing in insurance claims. My journey began after earning a bachelor's degree in communications from Arkansas Tech University. I find that my background in communication greatly contributes to my success in both fields.
Outside of work, I cherish life in Arkansas, relishing the outdoor adventures it offers. Whether it's canoeing, biking, hiking, or swimming, I love exploring with my family, including Stormy and my little one.
My name is Shane Lewallen and I am a Project Manager at Regal Construction. I have approximately 5 years in the roofing industry. I worked in the Luxury Automotive Service business before making the change to roofing and construction.
I like to help people take care of their homes and getting their desired results. I love being outdoors as much as possible and being with my family. I thoroughly enjoy cooking (& eating), hunting, fishing, relaxing in the water and spending time on a patio somewhere or by a fire. Church on Sunday and back to work Monday morning.
With over 20 years of experience in construction, I have a comprehensive background in building houses, decks, fences, concrete slabs, and various unique projects. My expertise extends to remodeling kitchens, bathrooms, and undertaking room additions. For the past 11 years, I have also served as a teacher and coach in the Bryant School District. Recently, I was offered an exciting opportunity by Regal to join their team as a Project Manager. I am passionate about construction and thrive on transforming repair needs into spectacular creations and bringing new ideas to life from a blank canvas.
I am a Project Manager here at Regal Construction. Prior to working for Regal, I worked in roofing distribution for 25 years. Regal Construction was my top customer and the relationship I established with this great group of guys convinced me to join their team. What I enjoy most about this industry is the relationship I build with my customers and my focus is on retaining their business and helping with their future projects.
In my spare time, I enjoy playing golf, throwing darts, fishing and watching sports. I currently live in Benton with my wife, daughter and German Shepard.

I called Regal Restoration because my father had a small section of roof damage from a neighbor's fallen tree. Jeremy promptly called, came out and gave us an estimate. He was very accommodating with our timeline. He looked at the potential job, viewed the insurance papers and gave us an honest assessment of what his company can provide us. He came through for us in our time of need and represented his company well. In fact, on the day day of the job, he decreased the price a bit because he found the job didn't require as much material as anticipated. VERY HONEST GUY, and we would use this company again!!!

Best roofer I've ever had! Our roof had to be replaced after a hail storm and we called them because they were recommended by Owen's Corning (since we wanted that brand). Carl was our rep and did a fantastic job from start to finish. He came out promptly, was very knowledgable in answering all of our many questions, and worked with us to give us the most bang for our buck. On the days of the roofing, he was there much of the time to make sure everything was done right and picked up all of the nails with magnets afterward. Regal Restoration was recommended by our insurance agent as they replaced his roof. Barry Kellerman was our sales rep and was very thorough, explaining every step, from start to finish. Our home has solar panels and so there was a bit of coordination on Regal’s part to tear off old roofing. No problem there, dates were set to take down the panels, tear off roofing then install new, and finally reinstall the panels once again. All went very smoothly, the roofing crew worked quickly and cleaned up the mess nicely. Five stars from this house. Regal Restoration’s phone number is now in our contact list.

Above and beyond service. Noticed a small leak during a bout of major storms and called Regal. Although they were extremely busy due to the recent storms and related damage, they sent someone out early before 9 AM in order to fit us in within a couple days. Luckily, the issue turned out to be extremely minor. Carl still offered to fix it on the spot in order to save us the trouble, was extremely helpful, thorough, and charged no more than a nominal fee. The level of service provided, despite the visit not being a money-maker for Regal, was outstanding. Would definitely recommend them and will be calling them for any potential roofing issue in the future.
